Before you commence your treatment, we recommend that you use the Thermal Suite and Vitality Pool to relax the body, destress the mind and prepare the skin for treatments that follow. Due its detoxifying effect, we recommend that you spend no more than an hour and half in the Thermal Suite and Vitality Pool and ask that you rehydrate yourselves by drinking lots of water throughout your time enjoying these facilities.
