The programme provides you with the appropriate product to continue using at home.

The Detoxifying Spa Tonic
A balancing and detoxifying programme, ideal to help boost the metabolism and speed up the elimination of toxins. Full body skin brushing and gentle exfoliation prepares the skin for an algae wrap. This therapeutic treatment uses warm seaweed gel rich in minerals, and is combined with a full scalp massage to help release tension. Continue the effect with a detoxifying aromatherapy massage, ideal as a one-off pick me up or as a course to assist with a healthy eating weight-loss programme.

Rose nurturing cocoon for the mother to be
After gentle exfoliation lie in a bed of roses and indulge in this nourishing and thoroughly moisturising experience. Relax as you lie in a comfortable cocoon; your body is enveloped with rich, nourishing creams from top to toe and your skin is pampered with the properties of rose oil. Inclusive of a facial experience topped and tailed with a scalp and foot massage, carrying you away into a soothing dream. Your skin is left delicately scented and quite simply radiant.

Elemia Aroma Stone Therapy
Since the birth of time, many ancient cultures have used the healing power of stones for medicinal and spiritual purposes. In Bali, it is believed that 'batu' stones are filled with the vitality and energy of the water that flows over them in an eternal stream. Harnessing this power, we then bathe the stones in warm water and anoint them with exotic, sensual aromas of the orient. Small stones are placed on key energy points of the body using traditional techniques to ease the pain and tension of aching muscles, as well as deeply relax and rebalance the mind and body.

This traditional Arabic treatment is performed on a heated marble slab within a heated room. Your treatment consists of a full body massage, thorough exfoliation of all dead skin with a goat hair mitt and then a final relaxing and deep cleansing soap massage. We then follow in true tradition by pouring of bowls of warm and then cold water over you.
